Our client is undergoing a significant transformation program and requires an experienced Business Analyst to join ASAP. Someone who is organised, self starter and able to build relationships quickly across a large group of stakeholders.
You will work closely with the transformation team which is made up of Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Vendors, Governance Groups and Workstream Leads to ensure the transition runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Running workshops to elicit requirements and definition
- Mentor and uplift capability of BA's within the squad
- Translate complex information into easy to understand and accessible artefacts
Your background:
- Brings at least 3 years experience as a contract Senior Business Analyst within data or a technically focused environment,
- Easily able to model the current state and future state using modern approaches.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Solid communication skills and easily able to relate with a wide range of stakeholders
- You can navigate your way around ambiguity and able to work towards a tight timeframe.
