An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join a growing organisation and support its core business systems. This newly created role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and effective use of enterprise applications across the business.
The successful candidate will work across key platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, Frameworks, and Qontro, providing hands-on support, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with both business users and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents
- Manage user access, roles, and system configurations
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues
- Support system integrations and data management activities
- Engage with business stakeholders to improve system adoption and usage
- Assist with system upgrades, releases, and enhancements
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve issues
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in Application Support, ERP Support, or Business Systems Support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, requests, and changes
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented, outcome-focused approach
- Experience with Salesforce
- Exposure to Frameworks and/or Qontro
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience with integrations, data management, or basic SQL/reporting
- Exposure to system upgrades or enhancement projects
