Opportunity for a senior level Change Lead to join a large , complex organisation in the Auckland CBD.

The organisation is passionate about putting people and customers at the heart of everything they do.

This is an opportunity for a Change Lead to help them navigate change and manage communications in two significant portfolios in Culture and Transformation.

The role will suit a senior level HR leader or OD practitioner who can bring expertise, pragmatism and ability to work across all aspects of change to drive benefits, the right outcomes and new ways of working.

You'll join the enterprise Change Management team (part of the Culture & Transformation division). You will have direct relationships with Senior Leaders and Programme connections, business intelligence and a base with a people focussed team supporting strategic priorities.

You will coach and guide executives and senior leaders through the change process, providing strategic advice and managing strategic reviews. Keys to this role are influential communications and messaging to effect behavioural and organisational change, not running operational change from end to end.

We are looking for a natural collaborator, connector and someone curious by nature. You'll be comfortable with ambiguity and will bring your change expertise and adaptive approach- helping assess what's needed most and when.

You will have worked in complex environments, focused on organisational change previously and be able to work collaboratively. You can drive results through influencing and strong relationship skills, communication and an understanding of how leadership is linked to culture.

Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Senior level change management  or HR leadership experience
  • Experience in driving effective adoption of change and delivery of business benefits
  • Significant experience in leading change associated with business improvement
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions that deliver value for customers, business and people
  • Experienced in mapping change impacts
  • Understanding of the key dimensions of change
