A great opportunity for a Change Lead for a fixed term contract for 12 months located in Auckland Central. The purpose of this role is to deliver and embed change, within the agreed initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role include supporting the delivery and embedding of change initiatives, working with various stakeholders and the Senior Change Lead, taking responsibility for change planning and delivery across agreed priority initiatives within the portfolio and ensuring change is effectively integrated.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Stakeholder management
- Change reporting
- Utilising internal corporate change frameworks and tools
- Participate in the change “community of practice”
- Provide change advice
- Manage change risks
This role requires a knowledge of business, transformation, organisational change preferably in a large organisation. Strong commercial astuteness and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
