Opportunity for a Change Partner to join a leading organisation in to provide specialist expertise and support in the leadership and management of change into frontline banking to deliver strategic change.

You will be involved in multiple enterprise change projects, partnering and communicating with key stakeholders. Rare opportunity to work closely with the Business Unit Leadership Teams and other key business stakeholders to ensure business change is led, managed, embedded and sustained effectively to deliver business and customer outcomes.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Effectively partner with the business to enable effective orchestration and integrated delivery of change
  • Collaborate across the business to build and maintain one view of change
  • Own agreed operating rhythms and practices with key teams
  • Develop and present insights around the one view of change so change is planned, pipelined and sequenced well and issues/risks can be resolved
  • Support the effective running of Change forums through pre-engagement;alignment on message and insights; report preparation
  • Work with change resource in delivery teams for agreed high impact changes at key stage gates in delivery to enable early influence of outcomes and create readiness for change
  • Enable and ensure application of core practices for high/medium impact changes
  • Seek out, identify and use data sets effectively to prepare for better decisioning
  • Support development of enterprise-wide change management insights

 You will also bring with you:

  • Proven experience leading  facilitating end to end business and organisational change
  • Understanding of change leadership and management principles
  • Ability to operate effectively at senior leadership and front - line levels to ensure effective change outcomes
