Join a rapidly growing team and a leading provider of support, training, and setup services for owner/operated businesses across New Zealand. With 19 businesses under their umbrella and plans for further expansion, our client is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join the team as a Client Success Manager.
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Flexibility required during busy periods.
  • Salary up to $75,000 per annum plus company car
  • Paremata, Porirua location
  • Full drivers licence required – free car parking on site
Role Overview: As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in the training, setup, and support of new businesses within the company’s network. You will provide training and assistance in implementing new systems, including a new database scheduled for launch this year.  Additionally, you will be instrumental in providing Helpdesk services, utilising platforms such as InDesign for collateral creation and Xero for invoicing.  This role also involves event organisation, social media management, and assisting new clients with their training.  There is some travel within New Zealand to visit new businesses and assist with training and set up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for new businesses on systems and processes.
  • Provide Helpdesk support for in-house database implementation.
  • Utilise InDesign for collateral creation and Xero for monthly invoicing.
  • Organise events and conferences, including logistics and coordination.
  • Manage social media presence
  • Assist with compliance and policy procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to new clients during their training period.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and motivated to learn, with a drive for achievement.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
Essential for the role:
  • Must have eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • Have a notice period no longer than 4 weeks
  • Must have a clear MOJ
