An ideal applicant will have the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ New Zealand experience providing 1st and 2nd Level Technical Support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for external customers.
- Experience in system maintenance, patching and upgrades on the customer’s servers and applications.
- Enterprise Platform Management
- M365 experience
- Desktop Support, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Network management
- Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune)
- Azure Cloud experience is desired.
- MSP experience would be advantageous.
You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
