We are seeking for seasoned Cloud Support Engineers to join a high performing client based in Hamilton. Lots of opportunity for career growth.

An ideal applicant will have the following skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ New Zealand experience providing 1^st and 2^nd Level Technical Support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for external customers.
• Experience in system maintenance, patching and upgrades on the customer’s servers and applications.
• Enterprise Platform Management
• M365 experience
• Desktop Support, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Network management
• Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune)
• Azure Cloud experience is desired.
• MSP experience would be advantageous.

You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
