Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed construction programmes aligned with bid and delivery requirements liaising between tender and project teams
- Provide clear guidance on sequencing, timeframes, and workflow optimisation
- Develop and review construction methodologies and recommend alternatives to enhance efficiency
- Monitor contractual programmes, track milestones, and support claims with robust documentation
- Foster strong relationships through clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Construction or Project Management
- 10+ years’ experience in construction planning, ideally within large or multi-project environments
- Proven expertise in programme development, milestone tracking, and contractual planning
- Advanced knowledge of P6 software or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to align teams around shared goals and planning strategies
Remuneration: $140K - $160K
