We’re seeking a Contact Advisor for an 8-month temporary assignment starting ASAP until 27th November.
This is a fast-paced, role where you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
Role Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: 27th November 2026
- Hours: Part Time Hours, 20 hours/week (Monday to Friday), 8.00am – 12.00pm
- Location: Office based, no WFH
- Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
- Contact centre environment
- Provide timely and high-quality service to internal and external customers
- Establish the needs of the customer, interpreting the information or processes required to best answer the enquiry
- Maintain up to date knowledge across a wide range of internal processes and legislation
- Coordinate delivery of a responsive service to the sector providing accurate and timely advice
- Proactively, plan and coordinate with other team members and manage your own workload
- Maintain an open and responsive relationship with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar contact centre position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in technology and confidence with new systems
- Reliable and availability for the full assignment
