Contact Advisor – Temporary Part Time Opportunity

We’re seeking a Contact Advisor for an 8-month temporary assignment starting ASAP until 27th November.
This is a fast-paced, role where you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

Role Details
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • End Date: 27th November 2026
  • Hours: Part Time Hours, 20 hours/week (Monday to Friday), 8.00am – 12.00pm
  • Location: Office based, no WFH
  • Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Contact centre environment
  • Provide timely and high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Establish the needs of the customer, interpreting the information or processes required to best answer the enquiry
  • Maintain up to date knowledge across a wide range of internal processes and legislation
  • Coordinate delivery of a responsive service to the sector providing accurate and timely advice
  • Proactively, plan and coordinate with other team members and manage your own workload
  • Maintain an open and responsive relationship with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar contact centre position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in technology and confidence with new systems
  • Reliable and availability for the full assignment
