We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join a busy Contact Centre team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to your community while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic local environment.
As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors reaching out with questions and seeking advice. You’ll handle a wide range of enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Role Details:
Porirua location
Full time, Monday – Friday, office based
Hourly rate: $32.00 per hour
Commencing mid-October for 6 months
What you will be doing:
Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Logging and tracking service requests using our internal systems
Providing accurate information and resolving issues where possible
Escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams
Supporting a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
