They have a need for a PM coming up in early 2022 for a significant refit and seismic upgrade project for a well known hotel brand with a programme period of 8 months.
As a successful PM, its is vital you have at least 10 years of local experience across major interiors involving seismic, structural and fitout aspects. You will be programming and managing a number of state holders including building owners and hotel operators. The role naturally includes reporting on programme, budget, H&S and quality.
Given the duration of the build, this role can work as a contract.
Salary $160K - $180K + vehicle pending experience or contract rate.
