A developer/main contractor has a huge depth of construction expertise and project delivery history and looking for some assistance in the commercial team. They have a solid pipeline of work into 2026. 


The role will involve assisting on variations and interacting with sub-contractors.


As a background, you are an experienced commercial quantity surveyor of at least 7+ years coming from a main contractor or from a developer/contractor with a relevant tertiary degree and with larger project exposure.

This role offers a contract rate $65 - $90 per hour pending experience.
