We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Contract Manager to support a large national transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, clarity, and strong commercial judgement to contract management activities. While the title references administration, the scope extends into contract oversight, supplier insights, reporting, and ensuring high‑quality data and compliance.
About the Role
You will play a key role in maintaining effective contract management processes across a complex programme environment. This includes supporting teams with contract guidance, maintaining accurate contract records, generating reporting, and contributing to supplier performance insights.
This position suits someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident working across procurement, finance, suppliers, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end contract management processes across the programme

Maintain accurate contract, pricing, renewal, and supplier information

Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and audit readiness

Respond to requests relating to contract status, spend, and supplier performance

Produce clear, accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision‑making

Monitor data quality and proactively resolve issues

Build strong working relationships across internal teams and suppliers
About You
You will bring a strong background in contract management with the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑moving programme environment.
You will have:

5+ years in a contract management or similar role

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability

Ability to understand and apply contract frameworks and policies

Experience with reporting, analysis, and turning data into actionable insights

Confidence guiding others through contract processes and systems
