- Customer Service Representative (Scheduling)
- $50 000 - $55 000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 40 hours a week, Tuesday - Saturday
Our client is looking for a customer service focused individual with experiencing in scheduling. A key component of the role will be to schedule staff for client appointments across Auckland.
You will be a crucial part of a great team of passionate individuals.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from clients in friendly and polite manner
- Assessing the client’s needs
- Making outbound calls to field staff to confirm changes to schedules and appointments when necessary
- Recording communication and changes to schedules and appointment on the CRM system
To be successful in this role you need:
- Experience in scheduling and rostering (any industry will be considered)
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- A passion for people
- Ability to think fast, prioritise, and coordinate according to client requirements
