  • $50 000 - $55 000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 40 hours a week, Tuesday - Saturday

Our client is looking for a customer service focused individual with experiencing in scheduling. A key component of the role will be to schedule staff for client appointments across Auckland.

You will be a crucial part of a great team of passionate individuals.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls from clients in friendly and polite manner
  • Assessing the client’s needs
  • Making outbound calls to field staff to confirm changes to schedules and appointments when necessary
  • Recording communication and changes to schedules and appointment on the CRM system

To be successful in this role you need:

  • Experience in scheduling and rostering (any industry will be considered)
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • A passion for people
  • Ability to think fast, prioritise, and coordinate according to client requirements
