Our client, a leader in their field, requires the services of a customer focused individual with experience in processing orders and inbound customer services.
About the role:
- Processing orders
- Answering inbound calls and emails
- Processing 20 to 50 orders per day from North/South Island
- Liaise with Territory Managers regarding key clients
- Liaise with despatch
About you:
- You will have excellent order processing skills
- Customer Service focused
- Excellent communications skills with a strong customer service focus
You will get:
- Parking onsite
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm
- Fantastic team environment
