Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Azure solutions including landing zones, microservices, event streaming, and data platforms.
- Define domain-driven designs, API contracts, and integration patterns for high-throughput, high-availability systems.
- Promote DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep); champion automated testing and blue/green deployments.
- Facilitate architecture workshops with C-suite, product owners, and delivery teams; provide technical governance across sprints and releases.
- Mentor engineers and junior architects; share best practices through internal guilds and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native, event-driven systems on Microsoft Azure for large-scale enterprises (5k+ users, multi-region).
- Strong background in containerisation and modern API management.
- Deep understanding of software architecture (DDD, REST/GraphQL, messaging), infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Zero-Trust security, DevSecOps, and FinOps.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Expert.
- Experience with AKS or other orchestration platforms.
