About the role

This is a newly created role where you will provide sound insurance advice to residential tenants and property owners.   You will have access to an existing database but will also be expected to grow the business portfolio. 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Identify, prepare and deliver high quality, cost effective, ethical, compliant and timely financial insurance advice to clients
  • Undertake quality consultative conversations with clients over the phone and face to face in order to understand their needs and provide holistic advice. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial insurance plans and make recommendations as appropriate
  • Achieve individual and business objectives and targets
  • Strict adherence to Risk, Compliance and Advice processes and protocols.

About you:

To be successful in this role, it is essential you have a strong understanding of general insurance and ideally tenant and life insurance.   You will be an experienced Financial Adviser within New Zealand and ideally completed your Level 5 qualification or close to it.   Attitude is key, as is your upbeat, go hard approach which will ensure you get results!
