Logistics / Freight / Supply Chain / Inventory Administrator

We are currently recruiting for FMCG administrators and coordinators to assist in the temporary staffing needs of our clients across Auckland. You will have relevant industry experience and a great attitude with the ability to work to pace in a team environment.

Key duties will include:

  • Booking & Tracking of shipments
  • Regulatory document management
  • 3 rd Party liaison
  • Collaborative working
  • Analyse & Manage stock levels
  • Reconciliations
  • Report writing

Experience required:

  • Understanding of FMCG industry, processes and procedures
  • PC Literate
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Workplace Health & Safety compliance
  • Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
