We would love to hear from candidates with the following skills, knowledge, and expertise: 

• Providing secretariat and advisory services to Governance Boards and committees.
• Supporting Chairs and committee members with governance and procedural advice.
• Facilitating the smooth flow of committee papers and decisions and working closely with business units to ensure committee papers meet the needs of organisational decision-makers.
• Contributing to the development, evaluation and enhancement of governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Supporting or leading the delivery of a work programme designed to lift the Governance maturity of the organisation.
• Leading and/or contributing to governance-related projects.
