About the Role:
This role is responsible for the New Zealand Property Portfolio – Commercial and operations, driving and developing the strategic plan in conjunction with the wider international strategy. Leading Risk Management, compliance, and Business strategies, whilst representing the group on a National and International stage liaising with the Group GM Property to align objectives.
In this role you will lead a highly competent team of professional property executives and their subsequent teams to deliver high quality property services to the group. Manging the financial budgets and developing the short and long term strategic and financial plan.
About you:
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have extensive leadership experience from a multi-faceted organisation with an extensive property portfolio spanning nationally. You will ideally have managed outsourced functionality and service providers, and have been instrumental in driving a complex property portfolio strategy.
To be considered you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Extensive property experience in an executive leadership position
- Excellent commercial acumen gained from a large corporate environment
- High degree of strategic capability
- Risk management prioritisation and development of strategic risk management
- Represent the organisation on a national and international basis
