About the role:
We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Consultant, for a leading Kiwi-owned company based in Christchurch. The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent standard of telephone and email support services to all customers.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience of working with reservation systems e.g. Amadeus
- A desire to help others and provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience of working in a retail sales environment
