Outstanding Opportunity for a Human Resource Advisor to work with a leading aged care organisation. This organisation owns aged care facilities and hospitals in North and West Auckland.
This role requires the successful applicant to be responsible for employee orientation, HR advisory inclusive of compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution. This is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Advisory to managers and leaders in the development and delivery of HR plans.
Employee Relations.
Coaching managers to increase their capability
End to end Recruitment
First point of contact for employee enquiries
New Employee orientation
Record Maintenance
Health and Safety Support.
Key Requirements for this role:
Human Resource Advisory experience or recruitment
Exceptional communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
