A great opportunity for a HR Advisor looking for their next step up to form part of an organisation that prides themselves on providing career growth and personal development.   We are looking for Senior HR Advisor who will support a broader HR team with the full HR remit.  This is a permanent role located in South Auckland. 

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Providing HR and ER advice to business
•    Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
•    Recruitment and onboarding
•    Ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
•    HR administration including analytics and reporting
•    Supporting HR projects
•    Promoting H&S

This role requires an individual with strong NZ employment relations experience and is confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
