A pivotal role for a HR Advisor ensuring that people are provided with clear, relevant HR, ER and H&S advice and are well supported.  This is a permanent role located in Penrose.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Helping ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
•    Drafting/reviewing employment contracts
•    Providing HR and ER advice to business
•    Updating policies/processes
•    Providing training
•    Reporting

This role requires strong ER expertise as well as good HR generalist knowledge.  A comprehensive understanding of NZ employment law is critical to the role. Ability to learn new things quickly and exceptional communication skills required.
