About the role:

This role is two-fold:

Payroll duties:

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 staff
  • You will be responsible for managing all payroll related queries
  • Running payroll reports

HR duties:

  • Manage employment documentation
  • Support new employees with the onboarding process
  • Support the recruitment process

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous payroll and HR experience essential
  • Understanding of the New Zealand Employment law
  • Experience on Datacom will be a big advantage, but not essential
  • You will have a real passion for people and customer service
