You will lead and support a broad team of 13 HR professionals and will be responsible for the design and delivery of their HR policies & operational processes and procedures across the organisation.
Your role will include:
- Team leadership - build and foster an already positive team environment
- Strategic and operational HR management planning
- Design, develop and implement the HR strategy and framework
- Exciting projects ahead for 2022 – HRIS replacement, new OD initiatives, new H&S system and team growth
Skill and experience required:
- Leadership experience
- Proven success across a broad range of HR areas including – HR strategic development, performance development, organisational development, change management, employment relations …
- Strong relationship management
