We are looking for a dedicated HR/ER Specialist for a well-regarded organisation in health sector. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR/ER practitioner to gain and further practice your existing HR/ER experience in a large and complex organisation, also a great chance to make a real difference in essential health service for Aotearoa.
Key responsibilities:
- HR advisory service - provide advice, guidance and support to managers on HR/ER aspects for your assigned portfolio
- HR planning & organisation development – actively work with HR team in developing HR service framework and strategy
- Talent management – work with hiring managers in job design, competency requirement, as well as developing & retaining the capabilities required
- Work with Shared Services team, OD and payroll team in service delivery to internal stakeholders
- Work with service managers in workforce planning for your assigned portfolio
- Employee Performance& Development – support managers in performance review and professional development process
- HR projects – contribute to the delivery of change management initiatives
- HR reporting including researching, gathering, and analysing data in HR service delivery
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in providing HR/ER service, preferably in a unionised environment but not essential
- Sound knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
- Strong stakeholder management
- An excellent communicator with strong influential skill
- A great team player who willing to share knowledge and upskill the team
