Opportunity for a hands-on senior HR Advisor to support a busy Head of People and Culture and Managers in the Auckland CBD.
This is a permanent part -time role with flexible hours and days.
The role will be varied- handling ER (simple-medium complexity), supporting restructuring initiatives, generalist HR responsibilities and payroll support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice on P&C policies, processes and practices
- Coaching of Managers to increase capability
- Assist the business in identifying talent
- Assist with HR projects
- Employment relations advice
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans
- Support change management processes
- Administrative support
- Triage payroll queries
- Support Health & Safety
