Opportunity for HRBP to join a large corporate in the Auckland CBD, as part of a change project.

We are looking for an intermediate/senior Business Partner who is an experienced generalist, good attention to detail, organisational skills and can work as part of a programme team.

The role will be responsible for:

• Supporting change
• Generalist HR
• Drafting job descriptions
• Creating consultation packs
• Managing/analysing people impacts

You will get great change exposure and will need to roll your sleeves up and be operational in this contract.

This is for immediate start and will recommence after Christmas on 7th January 2026.
