We have an amazing contract opportunity based in Christchurch- for an operational Business Partner.
The key purpose of th role is to deliver advice, guidance and coaching to business leaders on people issues and the interpretation and application of all employment related matters and enquiries.
This is a key advisory role facilitating building the depth of knowledge for leaders
within the business on HR policies, practices, systems and tools so that local
leaders can effectively lead their people and consistently make informed and
sound decisions around both the day to day and proactive planning practices.
The role is also dedicated to maintaining a continuous improvement focus in
enhancing delivery of effective and efficient HR activities to further organisational
capability and building a strong culture.

- ER/IR
- Recruitment
- Remuneration and Benefits support
- L&D support
- Change Management
- Policy & Procedures
- HR projects- eg engagement survey
This is largely an operational role, with strategy implementation.
Reporting to the Hed of HR you will need to be autonomous- you will be responsible for the South Island and Lower North Island. For travel you will have use of a pool vehicle.
