As the ICT Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing ICT services. You’ll work closely with various teams, analysing service performance and implementing improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the Continuous Service Improvement practice within ICT services.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and execute service enhancements.
- Utilize data-driven insights from ServiceNow to measure and demonstrate improvements.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Engage with stakeholders to align improvements with business needs.
- Analyse processes and recommend innovative approaches for efficiency.
- A tertiary qualification in business process management, business analysis, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement.
- Experience coordinating project tasks, particularly in change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach to driving innovation.
