Type: 5 months contract  

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major CRM and ERP transformation program for our client. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and lead change initiatives that directly influence the way people, processes, and technology evolve across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and project teams to develop and execute a change strategy that brings people along the journey. You will:
  • Co-design a compelling change vision, story, and roadmap that aligns with the overall transformation goals.
  • Assess the current state of the organisation and map change impacts across people, processes, and technology.
  • Design, test, and refine change initiatives that drive adoption, readiness, and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead engagement, communication, and training activities across the business.
  • Apply agile and human-centered methodologies such as design thinking, employee experience, and behavioural science to deliver meaningful change.
  • Leverage digital tools and dashboards to track progress, measure success, and optimise change enablement.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, empowering leaders to champion the change across their teams.
  • Report into the Change Director (Australia) and Program Manager (New Zealand), ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and quality assurance standards.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong consulting background with a focus on the people side of digital transformation.
  • 4+ years of experience in change management, ideally in complex transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and drive adoption at all levels of an organisation.
  • Empathy for the employee experience, and an understanding of how to translate vision into meaningful change.
  • Confident facilitator, skilled at running workshops and managing structured change delivery.
  • Passion for using data and digital tools to drive smarter change decisions.
  • Familiarity with leading change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) and associated tools.
  • Comfortable working within a hybrid team of onshore and offshore colleagues.
