This is a high energy, innovative medium sized commercial construction company with an interiors division that is growing and as a result are now looking for a high-end Intermediate Interiors QS.

This is a role that will be working on an array of interiors, refurbs, and maintenance projects with relatively quick turnarounds. This will involve liaising with subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
This role would suit an applicant that is QS tertiary qualified and with at least 4+ years of commercial interiors experience from a main contractor or an interiors specialist contractor. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
