- IT Project Coordinator
You will need to have excellent time management skills and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the team. You will need to be comfortable working with a variety of people and be a go-to person for the IT Projects team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administration and coordination functions for the team
- Scheduling meetings and workshops,
- Producing documentation,
- Ensuring meeting action points are followed up,
- Collaborating with team members,
- Resolving dependencies,
- Sharing information around the team
- A minimum of 2 years IT coordination experience,
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally you will have used some project management tools and software, such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- You must have a good understanding of Agile principles and practices
- A friendly and flexible approach
- Strong Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project.
- Understanding of Project financials and forecasting
