My client is a fledgling Commercial Finance Business operating largely in the construction and infrastructure space.
Due to exceptional growth, they are looking for an additional Lending specialist to join their diverse team and help them achieve their next growth milestones. Originally set up as a construction company, they found the opportunity to provide financial options to partners they were working with and supported development projects across the country.
In this role you will work with the Director to support Commercial client enquiries and provide support around credit and lending decisions across a variety of scenarios such as Construction Projects, Equity release, Development finance, Bridging finance and Construction Finance.
As a lending specialist you will:
- Receive and process loan applications from Clients, Brokers and Dealers
- Review and update loan applications and documentation
- Conduct compliance checks, AML, CFT etc
- Build relationships with customers and brokers
- Work though loan agreements with clients ensuring full understanding, along with terms and conditions

In order to be successful in this role, you will have secured lending experience and ideally experience across property or construction, perhaps a property degree.
