The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is seeking proven leaders who know how to manage both team and contracts for the smooth delivery of services to support day-to-day operations of properties, within the property portfolio for Te Tari Taiwhenua. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark.
 

This is an exciting newly established role where you will provide the direction required for the establishment, review, renewal, and renegotiation of contracts necessary for the continuation of professional services to the property portfolio.

You will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Leading a high performing support team (property team desirable)

  • Experience in developing successful business cases

  • Experience in improvement initiatives

  • Working legislative and operational policy frameworks within a service delivery context

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required
