What you will do:
The Manager Finance Business Services leads the Finance Business Services team ensuring that the team is positive and engaged. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Finance Business Services team culture.
The Manager Finance Business Service ensures efficient, effective and timely processing of NZDF’s financial transactions and customers’ expectations are met.
You will be responsible for:
- Key leadership position in collaborative Finance CFO LT
- Lead the efficient, effective and timely processing of NZDF’s financial transactions
- Coordinate and control the transactional accounting and procure to pay processes of NZDF, which includes accounting receivable, credit card processing, tax, fixed assets, payroll accounting, reconciliations, purchasing accounts payable and payments
- Ensure compliance and statutory obligations are met i.e. Inland Revenue Department, payments to suppliers
