On behalf of a large government organisation, I'm looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager, Property Project Management to lead the delivery of a national property capital works programme. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of a distributed property portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on time, and within budget—while embedding best practice and continuous improvement across the team.
What you’ll bring:
- Deep expertise in property project delivery across complex, multi-site portfolios
- Proven leadership in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation including the RMA and Building Act
- A collaborative mindset and ability to coach and empower high-performing teams
- Experience navigating corporate or government environments with a customer-centric lens
