National Manager People Advisory and Talent

Opportunity to lead a team of 5  for one of NZ's largest Not for Profit organisations.
 This role manages the People Experience (PX) disciplines of partnership, advisory and recruitment .You will engage with key stakeholders across the organisation to help define what the current and future people needs are and adapt people services to best align to these.

This includes overseeing and monitoring of people related advice, guidance, and support to regions about complex recruitment and employment matters. It will lead the organisations approach to both industrial and employment relations and develop a recruitment and talent strategy to ensure we are attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best people.

The National Manager People Advisory and Talent will also champion an effective and positive Health and Safety culture that supports kaimahi wellbeing.

We ae looking for an experience HR leader circa 8-10 years experience in leading people/teams, experience in building strong relationships whilst effectively managing competing needs and priorities, can manage and deliver HR projects and who has experience in a unionised environment inclusive of collective bargaining.
