Permanent Role – 70k base + 20k OTE
About the Role:
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Account Manager to manage a portfolio of both existing and new customers, complimenting and working alongside a team of field based Territory Managers. Fast paced, high energy environment within the Hospitality sector. This is a role where you will be able to showcase your sales ability, account management and service delivery.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years in a professional, corporate tele-sales, customer service/sales role.
- To really hit the ground running, you will absolutely be able to showcase your experience in an outbound/sales environment.
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk confidently, building rapport and being able to sell and showcase products.
- Polished, eloquent communication skills. Ability to instantly build rapport and influence.
- Relationship building ability – providing an executive customer experience to customers both existing and new business.
- Knowledge of the Sales Process.
- Excellent time management, organisation and someone who enjoys a structured working day.
- Must be quick to learn and competent with using of CRM systems and Data Analysis programs.
