I am currently recruiting for two Payroll Advisors, for fixed-term positions involving BAU and project work. Join a team of 5 Payroll Advisors, to assist with the integration of new systems and processes, as well as end-to-end pay-runs.
Other Duties Include:
- Processing of pay changes through the PSE system, for approximately 15,000 employees
- Undertake quality assurance of HRIS data, to ensure accuracy and compliance with current employment legislation
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems, across the project and BAU teams
- Respond to requests for information and queries regarding pay in a timely manner
- Support the changes within the team, identifying opportunities to develop the HRIS and Payroll systems continuously
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a payroll team, with a confidence to process end-to-end pay runs (a minimum of three years’ experience in a payroll environment)
- Previous experience using an HRIS, payroll system and the MS Suite (PSE systems experience is ideal)
- Ability to interpret terms and conditions in employment agreements, as well as knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong ability to hit the ground running in a payroll environment and to create working relationships quickly
