I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer, to assist a high performing team based in HR. Assist with the running of fortnightly payroll for approximately 2000 staff, working with Affinity, HumanForce and Time Target.
Other Duties Include:
- Assist with the timely and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll
- Work with the Affinity system providers to ensure the smooth processing of pay
- Assist with processing leave entitlements, employment changes and any ACC claims
- Update HR information, including upload of new employees and discharge of leaving employees
- Work with the wider HR team to assist with various HR/Payroll related processes
