We are looking for a People Technology Manager to join an organisation to take them on an exciting global HRIS implementation journey.

The role is with an organisation located in Hamilton - however you may be located in Auckland, broader Waikato or BOP and do a mix of WFH and travel. 

This is a senior level role that will oversee and manage the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the HRIS within the organisation and will play a critical role in aligning HRIS initiatives with business goals.  This role will ensure effective project execution, identify and mitigate risks, conduct user acceptance testing and develop and deliver training programs on HRIS functionality and processes.

A key part of this role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging and aligning key stakeholders and managing relationships with external vendors.

To be successful in the role you will need the following relevant experience:
•    End-to-end HRIS implementation experience
•    Ability to translate business requirements into HRIS specifications
•    Demonstrated project management capability
•    Strong knowledge of HR processes
•    Understanding of people data management, reporting and analytics
•    Knowledge of compliance regulations related to HR data and privacy
•    Strong stakeholder management skills 
•    Familiarity with people technology solutions and HRIS platforms
•    Post-implementation experience including ongoing support, upgrades etc.
