We have a new Permanent opportunity working as an Executive Assistant. This role is open to a Personal Assistant step up who is looking to further their support skills. Happy to wait a 4-week notice period.

  • Permanent Executive Assistant - open to PA step ups
  • $70K - $75K depending on experience
  • CBD location
  • Flexibility to work from home

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven PA/TA/EA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office and Teams experience
