We have a new Permanent opportunity working as an Executive Assistant. This role is open to a Personal Assistant step up who is looking to further their support skills. Happy to wait a 4-week notice period.

- $70K - $75K depending on experience

Skills, attributes and experience required:
- Proven PA/TA/EA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
- Minute taking and agenda experience
- Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
- Preparation of reports and correspondence
- Strong attention to detail
- Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective organisational and administrative skills
- MS Office and Teams experience
