Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for an experienced Administrator to offer administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, as well as the wider team.
About the role:
- Manage the Vice President of Operations’ outlook calendar
- Making travel arrangements
- Scheduling quarterly planning meetings
- Compile monthly reports
- Communicate all internal operational updates to teams involved
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
- Take minutes of meetings and send out meeting agendas
- Arrange team building events
- Raising and closing of purchase orders
- Processing expense claims
- Ordering office supplies like stationery and consumables
About you:
- You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an admin support / PA role
- You are trustworthy and able to work independently
- You have advanced skills on Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- You have a positive, pro-active attitude
