About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly skilled Principal Advisor skilled in transition and transformation projects on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Transformation and driving forward critical initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
You’ll work in a hybrid environment (up to 2 days WFH per week), but flexibility is essential as there may be times you’ll need to be on-site more often.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage exceptional relationships from internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Engage internally with the Programme and Corporate Support teams, quickly building trust and understanding.
- Provide proactive support to the Head of Transformation, ensuring momentum and delivery of key outcomes.
- Confidently resolve issues and manage conflict with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Influence stakeholders and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction. You will own your work and be able to confidently drive this project through, delivering exceptional service.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project/Programme Management either as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead or similar.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly self-aware, considered, and adaptable in approach.
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong influencing capability and confidence in navigating complex environments.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently to achieve results.
