We’re seeking a highly experienced Principal Cloud Engineer to join a forward-thinking technology team driving innovation across multi-cloud environments. This strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical landscapes and enjoys mentoring others while delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.
 

You’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cloud-native architectures across Azure and AWS, enhancing automation, and ensuring platform reliability and security. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact across a wide-reaching organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead technical strategy and delivery across Azure and AWS platforms.
  • Champion automation through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex challenges.
  • Drive platform enhancements and ensure cloud security best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Deep expertise in Azure and AWS, including AKS, EKS, VNets, and VPCs.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, scripting languages, and cloud networking.
  • Relevant cloud certifications or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
