We’re seeking a highly experienced Principal Cloud Engineer to join a forward-thinking technology team driving innovation across multi-cloud environments. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cloud-native architectures across Azure and AWS, enhancing automation, and ensuring platform reliability and security. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact across a wide-reaching organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Lead technical strategy and delivery across Azure and AWS platforms.
- Champion automation through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex challenges.
- Drive platform enhancements and ensure cloud security best practices.
- Deep expertise in Azure and AWS, including AKS, EKS, VNets, and VPCs.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, scripting languages, and cloud networking.
- Relevant cloud certifications or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with observability tools and agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
