About the role:
You will play a key role in supporting the procurement and administrative aspects of the business, managing varying priorities, and liaising with customers and suppliers.
- General business procurement and stock management of marketing supplies
- Manage the procurement of all other company branded items, including stationery
- Assisting with general administration, running reports, and raising purchase orders
- Fleet management of company vehicles nationwide
- Manage all travel and accommodation requests, both internationally and domestically
About you:
- Procurement experience, and exposure to raising purchase orders
- 5+ years of experience in general administration support
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
