Our client is a market leader in the sales, rentals, and servicing of New Zealand’s lift truck products. They have a collaborative and supportive team culture, across 15 branches within New Zealand.

About the role:

You will play a key role in supporting the procurement and administrative aspects of the business, managing varying priorities, and liaising with customers and suppliers.
 
  • General business procurement and stock management of marketing supplies
  • Manage the procurement of all other company branded items, including stationery
  • Assisting with general administration, running reports, and raising purchase orders
  • Fleet management of company vehicles nationwide
  • Manage all travel and accommodation requests, both internationally and domestically

About you:
 
  • Procurement experience, and exposure to raising purchase orders
  • 5+ years of experience in general administration support
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
