About the Company/Role:

My client is a multinational manufacturing business, a leader in their field and a pioneer in sustainability.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with excellent knowledge of safety and quality systems to join the team.
-
The role will require you to work shifts, 5am – 3:30pm and 3:30pm – 2:00am. This role manages a team of 15-20 staff.
About you:
-
You will have experience doing shift work, supervising manufacturing and know how to motivate and bring a team together, creating an environment for operators to enjoy working, in a fast-paced/high volume environment, ideally in an FMCG world.

Health and Safety will be at the core of everything you do.

You have managed teams and your people management style keeps people around while still ensuring business requirements are fulfilled.
You will have:
-
Strong experience with Safety and Quality systems
-
Experience working shifts (5am – 3:30pm and 3:30pm – 2:00am)

The ability to motivate and inspire a team
-
Experience managing teams of around 20, including machine operators.
