Do you enjoy a role with variety? We have a new opportunity as a Programme Advisor for a large New Zealand Government Agency with a mix of admin, governance support and coordination across the secretariat. If you have proven Programme/Project Coordination and/or Administration experience apply now.

  • Temporary assignment commencing ASAP for 3 months
  • $45-$50ph depending on experience
  • Working with a project team within a large high-profile Government agency
  • CBD location
  • Preparing papers and meeting packs for DCE, CE and Ministers
  • Working closely with EA’s including CE’s office to coordinate governance meetings
  • Maintaining agendas
  • Coordinate flow of paper and monitor progress
  • Assist with coordinating responses
  • Minute taking

You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:

  • Proven coordination or EA experience
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up systems quickly
  • Can do attitude
  • Proactive and enjoys using their initiative
  • Previous government experience is advantageous

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
